This page has the 2026-27 NBA schedule, one month per page and every game night in order, with tip-off times in US Eastern and the arena for each matchup. Final scores appear once games are played, and the NBA simulator can fill in whatever is left.
The regular season opens on Tuesday, Oct. 20, 2026, and ends on Sunday, April 11, 2027, with all 30 teams playing on the final day. That makes 1,230 games, 82 for each team; the NBA Cup final on Dec. 11 is played on top of them and does not count in the standings.

NBA schedule FAQ
Why does the NBA schedule show only 80 games per team?
Because two of each team's 82 games depend on the NBA Cup. They are played from Friday, Dec. 4, to Thursday, Dec. 10, and assigned from group-play results: the 22 teams that miss the knockout rounds get two added games, and quarterfinal and semifinal games count toward the total for the other eight.
What NBA games are on Christmas Day 2026?
Five, all on Friday, Dec. 25: Spurs at Knicks at noon ET in a rematch of the 2026 Finals, Heat at Celtics at 2:30 p.m., 76ers at Lakers at 5 p.m., Thunder at Timberwolves at 8 p.m. and Nuggets at Warriors at 10:30 p.m.
Are any 2026-27 NBA games played in Europe?
Yes, two, both between the San Antonio Spurs and the New Orleans Pelicans: in Paris on Thursday, Jan. 14, 2027, and in Manchester, England, on Sunday, Jan. 17, the NBA's first regular-season game in that city.
How many back-to-backs do NBA teams play in 2026-27?
An average of 14.2 per team, the lowest since the NBA Cup was introduced, and no team plays more than 16. The schedule also has no stretch of four games in five nights.
