About the NRL draw

The NRL draw on this page lists every game round by round, with the venue, the kick-off time in Sydney time (AEST or AEDT) and the final score once a game is over. It runs from Round 1 through all 27 regular-season rounds and into the four weeks of finals.

The 2026 draw is complete and shown in full: 204 regular-season games and nine finals, with State of Origin left out because it is not part of the club competition. When the 2027 draw is published, this page moves to it automatically, at the same address.

How to use the NRL draw

  • Pick a round from the numbered strip, or step through with the arrows. QF/EF, SF, PF and GF are the four weeks of finals.
  • Before a game is played you see its kick-off time with AEST or AEDT beside it; afterwards, the score.
  • The progress box counts games played and left, and links to the NRL ladder.

NRL draw FAQ

Why do some NRL rounds have fewer games?

Because of byes. With 17 clubs in 2026 one team sat out every round, and in the State of Origin rounds several clubs rested at once, which is why some rounds had six or seven games instead of eight. Each club had three byes, each worth two points.

Who won the 2026 NRL Grand Final?

The Sydney Roosters, who beat the Newcastle Knights 19-18 at Stadium Australia on Sunday October 4, 2026. It was the club's 16th premiership.

Where did the 2026 NRL season start?

In Las Vegas, for the third year running, with a double-header at Allegiant Stadium on the opening weekend. The rest of the regular season was played in Australia and New Zealand.
