This 2026 WNBA schedule walks through the regular season from May to September, one game night after another, listing start times in US Eastern and where each game was played. Now that the season is complete, every game shows its final score.
The 2026 regular season opened on Friday, May 8, and ended on Thursday, Sept. 24, with each team playing 22 games at home and 22 on the road. The All-Star Game was held at the United Center in Chicago on July 25.

How many games does each WNBA team play?
Forty-four in 2026. Each team met every opponent from the other conference three times and played its own conference rivals three or four times, Commissioner's Cup games included.
When do the 2026 WNBA playoffs start?
On Sunday, Sept. 27, three days after the regular season ended. The best-of-three first round runs through Oct. 2, the semifinals are scheduled from Oct. 4 to Oct. 14, and the Finals follow.
Why did the WNBA take a break in September?
For the FIBA Women's Basketball World Cup, held in Germany from Sept. 4 to 13, 2026. The league scheduled a pause of roughly two weeks around the tournament and then finished its regular season on Sept. 24.
