About the Premier League table
This is the live Premier League table for 2026-27, with each club's matches played, wins, draws, losses, goals, goal difference, points and results from its last five games. Markers flag the Champions League and Europa League places and the three-club relegation zone.
Arsenal are the defending champions, having won the 2025-26 title with 85 points for their first league crown in 22 years. The 20 clubs each play 38 games, collecting three points for a win and one for a draw, and the final order is settled on May 30, 2027.
How to use the Premier League table
- Along each row you get matches played, wins, draws, losses, goals and goal difference before the points total.
- The form column lists each club's last five results, a quick way to spot who is on a run.
- Rows one to four carry the Champions League marker, five and six the Europa League marker, and 18 to 20 the relegation marker.

Premier League table FAQ
Which Premier League places qualify for Europe?
The Champions League takes the top four, the Europa League fifth place and the FA Cup winners, and the Carabao Cup winners get a Conference League playoff spot. Cup places won by top-five clubs pass down the table, and England can earn a fifth Champions League place through UEFA's European Performance Spots, as in 2025-26.
Which tiebreakers decide Premier League places?
Goal difference separates clubs level on points first, then goals scored, then points won in the games between the tied clubs, then away goals in those games. If the title, a European place or relegation still hangs on it, the clubs meet in a one-off playoff at a neutral ground, something the Premier League has never needed.
How does relegation from the Premier League work?
The bottom three, 18th to 20th, drop to the Championship. They are replaced by its top two plus the winner of its playoffs, which from 2026-27 include the teams placed third to eighth rather than third to sixth. West Ham, Burnley and Wolves went down last season.
