About the Allsvenskan simulator
With the Allsvenskan simulator, the rest of the 2026 season is yours to decide: enter a score for any match still to be played and the table reorders on the spot. You can also hand the job to the model, which fills in every remaining fixture with one click.
Each projection starts from the real standings, because matches already played are locked with their actual scores. The open questions are the title, the European places and the bottom three, where two clubs go down automatically and the 14th-placed team has to win a playoff to stay up.
How to use the Allsvenskan simulator
- Put a score on any unplayed match and the projected table updates as you type.
- Simulate season fills every remaining match with a model result; Simulate matchday does the same for the current round only.
- Results that already happened stay fixed at the real score and cannot be edited.
- Clear removes your scores and takes the table back to the real standings.
- The projected table marks the European places and the two automatic relegation spots.
Allsvenskan simulator FAQ
How does the Allsvenskan simulator decide results?
Each team's goals are a random draw from a Poisson distribution, with a small edge for the home side. A club's rating is its average goal margin per match in the 2025 Allsvenskan, scaled against the rest of the league; Kalmar, Västerås and Örgryte, who were not in that table, start below the league average.
Can I edit matches that are already over?
No. Played matches are fixed at their real scores, so the points each club has already banked are part of every scenario. Any match still to come can be edited as often as you like, and Clear wipes all your entries at once.
Why does Simulate season give a different table each time?
Because every simulated score is a fresh random draw, not a fixed prediction. Clear the page and run it again to see another plausible finish; repeating it a few times shows which positions are close to settled and which are still wide open.
