About the Bundesliga simulator

The Bundesliga simulator puts the remaining 2026-27 fixtures in your hands: enter a result for any game not yet played and the table reorders immediately. If you would rather not fill in every score by hand, a single button has the model complete all the fixtures that are left.

Results already on the board are locked in, and every projection builds on them. Bayern Munich are chasing a third straight title, at least four Champions League places are at stake, and at the bottom two clubs go down automatically while the team in 16th must come through a two-legged playoff.

How to use the Bundesliga simulator

  • Type the goals for both sides of any upcoming match; the standings recalculate once both boxes are filled.
  • Simulate season has the model play out the whole run-in; Simulate matchday covers only the round on screen.
  • Only upcoming games accept input; anything already played is locked at its real score.
  • Clear blanks every open fixture at once, restoring the actual standings.
  • Markers in your projected table show who would reach the Champions League or Europa League and which two clubs would go down automatically.

Bundesliga simulator FAQ

How does the Bundesliga simulator pick results?

Every score is a random draw built on a Poisson distribution. Team strength blends two signals, the club's 2025-26 finishing position and its squad market value; Schalke, Elversberg and Paderborn had no Bundesliga finish last season, so each is scored on position as a 17th-placed team.

Does the simulator decide the relegation playoff?

No. It projects the 34 league matchdays only. Whoever ends up 16th in your table is the club that would meet the 2. Bundesliga's third-placed side over two legs, and that tie is not played out on the page.

Does the simulator react to form during the season?

Not through the ratings, which are fixed before the season from the 2025-26 finish and squad values taken in mid-July 2026. Current form counts only through the real results already locked into the table, the starting point of every projection.
